Why we recommend it
The Satechi is the only pick with four USB-C ports, 145W and international prongs; choose it over the UGREEN, Baseus and Anker when a full-size laptop and several devices share one outlet for weeks.

Why it is our Premium Pick
Digital nomads and anyone who runs a laptop, tablet and phone from a hotel desk for weeks at a time are the buyers for the Satechi 145W GaN charger. It is the charger for the traveler who treats an Airbnb kitchen table as an office and does not want power to be the bottleneck.
This is the Premium pick because it offers workstation-level output and four USB-C ports in one block, which is the combination Engadget highlighted when it recommended the charger for fast charging across several devices. The 145W budget means a full-size laptop charges at speed with room left for a tablet and a phone, where a 100W charger would start to ration. Every port is USB-C, so there is no hunting for the one port that charges fast.
Imagine a month in Mexico City with a MacBook Pro, an iPad, a phone and a pair of earbuds. The Satechi sits on the desk with four cables, and everything charges together at the end of the day without the laptop slowing down because the phone is plugged in. On moving days, the whole charging kit is one block and four cables, and the swappable international prongs cover the next country without a separate adapter.
The honest caveat is that the Satechi 145W GaN charger is more charger than most people need. Someone with a phone and a thin laptop will never use 145W and will notice the extra size and price compared with the Anker 67W. All four ports are USB-C, so older USB-A cables need a replacement or an adapter. If your laptop is a lightweight model and your bag has two devices, buy the UGREEN or the Anker and spend the difference on something else.

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers to what travelers ask most about satechi 145w, 4 puertos.
Can the Satechi 145W charge a 16-inch MacBook Pro and an iPad together?
Yes. The 145W total is designed for a large laptop plus other devices, so a MacBook Pro and an iPad charge together at useful speeds. Adding a phone and earbuds reduces each share. Check the Amazon listing for the current per-port distribution with all four ports active.
Does it have a USB-A port?
No. All four ports are USB-C, which is clean for modern devices but means any USB-A cable in your kit needs a replacement or a small adapter. Pack USB-C to Lightning or USB-C to USB-C cables for everything. Check the Amazon listing for included cables.
Do the international prongs cover Europe and the UK?
The swappable prong sets are designed for the major regions, which typically includes European and UK sockets alongside US and Australian styles. Confirm the included prong list on the Amazon listing against your itinerary, since countries with unusual sockets may need an extra plug.
